When you work with us you will receive well procured tenants that have been properly vetted through our system. We run background, credit and past evictions reports on all applicants and then present the applicants to you, the landlord.  Upon your review of the applicants, you choose which tenant you would like to proceed with and then we complete past rental references, employment verification and personal reference checks of the selected tenant.  We then prepare the lease for your review and with your approval, we set up the signing with the tenant, assist the tenant in the move in process and continue to build strong relations with the tenant, your property and you!  Working with our team of skilled professionals will give you the assurance you need to know your investment is well cared for.  When you choose to hire us to manage your property, you are choosing the highest quality service available.  We are Seward’s most experienced team of managers.
